• Account Data: When you register via Google OAuth, we collect basic profile details including your name, email address, and profile picture.
• User-Generated & Media Content: We store presentations, code files, uploaded PDFs, videos, and generated media files. All assets are securely hosted using Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.
• Certificate & Event Allocations: When instructors or organizations publish certificates, we process student names, emails, and achievement data strictly for verifiable digital certificate generation.
• Geolocation & Weather Data: If location weather synchronization is enabled, we process approximate latitude and longitude coordinates via location providers (LocationIQ and Open-Meteo) to render local weather simulations and match regional course catalogs.
• Payment & Transaction Data: Payments are processed via Stripe or Paystack. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with trusted infrastructure providers solely to operate our service:

• Microsoft Azure: For cloud media storage (Azure Blob Storage) and AI processing (Azure OpenAI Service).
• Google Cloud: For user authentication (Google OAuth).
• Stripe & Paystack: For secure payment gateway processing.
• LocationIQ & Open-Meteo: For location geocoding and weather data API queries.

3. Data Security & Retention

Your data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and at rest. You retain full ownership of your content. You can delete your media files or account at any time from your Media Library or Account Settings.
