Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PresentMe platform operated by PresentMe ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Account & Worker Thread Subscriptions

Subscription tiers (Royal 3x, 21x, 70x, 120x, 3kx) grant access to dedicated parallel worker threads and storage quotas. Users agree not to abuse worker tasks with malicious code, spam, or denial-of-service attempts. Running tasks may be cancelled during active grace periods.

2. LMS & Verifiable Certificates

Instructors and organization hosts publishing certificates via our Certificate Studio represent and warrant that:

• They have full authority to use uploaded logos, organizational names, and digital signatures.
• Student allocation lists provided for certificate issuance are accurate and authorized.
• PresentMe provides the verification infrastructure but is not liable for fraudulent claims made using unauthorized names.

3. Shop & Marketplace Purchases

Purchases made through the PresentMe Shop for physical supplies or digital assets are subject to our fulfillment policies. Digital asset downloads (code ZIPs, templates, e-books) are delivered instantly to your Media Library upon payment confirmation.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all presentations, code projects, and media uploaded to PresentMe. By creating content, you grant us a non-exclusive license solely to host, process, and render your files as directed by your account.

5. Termination & Contact

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Questions about these Terms can be submitted via our Contact Page.
