Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund.
To request a refund, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page with your account details and the reason for your request.
When Refunds Are Not Provided
- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. We send reminders before your renewal date, and you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal occurs if you do not wish to continue.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle. When you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of your paid billing period.
- Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
